SINUKMANI'S BRIGHT A CULTURAL LIGHT 

The word "Sinukmani's Bright,a cultural light"likely refers to the significance of "SINIKMANI" (also known as Biko),a traditional Filipino Rice Cake, as a symbol of cultural identity and heritage in the Philippines.Sinukmani Festival is celebrated on June 9 in Rosario,Batangas,Philippines.It is made from glutinous rice,coconut milk,and brown sugar,often topped with crispy coconut curds called "Latik".It is not popular but it holds deep cultural importance.
